What data do we process?

To provide the service we process your access code and the messages you send us during the chat. Payments are handled by Etsy; we never see or store your card details.

Why do we process your data?

We use your data only to deliver what you asked for — to prepare and send your reading, to keep your chat session working, to answer your support messages, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Who do we share it with?

We share only the minimum needed for the service to work. Anthropic, our AI provider, processes the text of your reading request. Etsy handles purchases and payment. Our email provider delivers your reading. Payment card details never reach us. We share your data with no one else.

How long do we keep your data?

Reading requests and their results are kept for up to 12 months, so we can resend a reading you lost and meet accounting requirements. Chat messages tied to an access code are kept while that code is valid and for up to 6 months afterwards. Anything you ask us to delete is removed within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

Chat content

Your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply and may be retained for a limited time for quality purposes. Please do not share sensitive information such as identity, health or financial account details.

Our ChatGPT app

Evelyn Tarot is also available as an app inside ChatGPT. That app offers free tools only — card of the day, spreads, card meanings, zodiac readings, moon phase, numerology and angel numbers. It requires no sign-in, collects no personal data and stores nothing about you. Requests reach us with no identity attached.
