Problem with your reading?

If your reading has not arrived, please check your spam folder first. If it is not there, write to us with your order number and we will send it again.

Access code not working

If your code is not accepted, contact us with your purchase details and we will check and fix it.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete your data, simply write to the same address. We handle such requests within 30 days.

Purchases and refunds
